- Almost Human is a digital product studio that delivers exquisite brands, websites and products. We partner with progressive startups & businesses to take your ideas from imagination to reality.
Product Designer/ XD Engineer
3P Learning (Reading Eggs), Remote, Australia – (2020 - Present)
- Led design iteration of product dashboard to improve the customer experience resulting in reduced customer queries and significant increase in store sales.
- Led UI/UX and Engineering teams using Agile to migrate a Marketing site to a new tech stack and CMS in an effort to improve efficiency. This resulted in improved website performance, greater control for the content team and streamlined process.
- Learned Python to create an internal automation tool that saves up to 120 work hours per year. Documented and trained colleagues on the tool after implementation.
- Redesigned a flagship landing page, using data-informed A/B testing approach through UX reports to achieve a significant increase in conversion rate in the US and UK.
Integration Engineer
Partnerize, Sydney, Australia – (2018 - 2019)
- Led technical onboarding of new and existing enterprise clients through consulting, solution scoping and platform integration through APIs, reducing time to revenue for the business.
- Self managed troubleshooting through SQL data analysis and debugging using web tools to quickly resolve issues and to make sure clients expectations were exceeded and business retained.
- Facilitated training to ensure the team's product knowledge was up to date, assisting sales teams by leading technical meetings with clients to win new business.
Front-end Developer/ Product Designer
Chocolate Coded, Sydney, Australia – (Aug 2016 - Apr 2017)
- Designed, tested and launched UI/UX updates across products in a lean process, validating with clients along the way.
- Managed product development and enhancements for a key business software solution. Worked with multiple enterprise clients, delivering customisations through an Agile process to acquire and retain business.
- Paired with another developer to design and develop a custom piece of software for an enterprise client under the guidance of the CTO, delivering the desired solution on time and securing new business.
Web Design and Development
Freelance, Sydney, Australia – (2015 - 2016)
- Working across UX, UI, illustration, branding, web design and web development to deliver a range of services to clients.
- Creating Branding and identity for products using Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch, styling, wire-framing, designing layouts
